Positions and Estimated Salary:
Concertmaster:
RMB 350,000 – 400,000 (Yearly) + extra work subsidies (pre-tax)
Associate Concertmaster:
RMB 300,000 – 350,000 (Yearly) + extra work subsidies (pre-tax)
Section Principal:
RMB 200,000 – 260,000 (Yearly) + extra work subsidies (pre-tax)
Section Associate Principal:
RMB 180,000 – 240,000 (Yearly) + extra work subsidies (pre-tax)
Tutti:
RMB 120,000 – 180,000 (Yearly) + extra work subsidies (pre-tax)

Application Procedures:
1. Please send the Registration Form (attachment 1), Degree Certificate (electronic file), and a 15-minute performance video or link to wuxisymphony@126.com.
2. Please pack and compress the registration form and the necessary materials, and send it as an attachment. The file name should be formatted as: Name+Instrument+2023 candidate performer.
3. For the audition repertoire of the preliminary application, any piece of 15 minutes’ duration, such as one or two movements from a Concerto, Sonata, and other works will be fine.
4. Video recording requirements: One take from beginning to end, recorded as a video without cuts or post-production, and the video requires MP4 format. The performer’s face and performance must be clearly visible in the video. The naming format for video file is: Name+Instrument+2023 application video.
5. If the application deadline for the initial phase of the recruitment has passed, the Orchestra will accept and respond to applications on a continuing basis for the rest of 2023. The Orchestra will contact qualified applicants and arrange auditions at different time and place through email. Please pay attention to the email response and check the junk box regularly.
