Glyndebourne is offering postgraduate instrumentalists the opportunity for paid engagement with the Glyndebourne Sinfonia for a concentrated period during the 2024 Autumn Programme from late September until the beginning of November.
Positions are available for the following instruments ONLY who will take part in all rehearsals and performances of Verdi’s La traviata:
2 violins
1 viola
1 cello
1 double bass
1 french horn
String players will be required to play with ‘modern’ set-up only.
Applications from other instruments will NOT be accepted and we can only accept applications from instrumentalists who are residents in the UK.
