London Philharmonic Orchestra is seeking to appoint a Co-Principal Cello (No.2, leading when required). The successful candidate will play as required by orchestration and work in accordance to the Orchestra’s schedule.
Shortlisting will be based on redacted CVs. The panel may, however, request an extra submission of an audio-visual recording should they feel there is potential for further progression. Excerpt is attached for perusal. Recordings will be submitted via musicalchairs and the deadline will be specified when the request is made. Submitted recordings will be viewed anonymously by the panel, alongside the initial redacted CVs.
