Overview
Twenty-two preselected duos will be invited to compete in two exciting live rounds October 11 – 14, 2018. In addition to media exposure and $15,000 in cash prizes, we offer local performance opportunities and engagements for our prizewinners.
The Art of Duo is open to and welcomes nationals of ALL countries, who are at least 18 years old on October 11, 2018, and no older than 35 on October 14, 2018. The competition is open to pianists and other instrumentalists who perform together in the genre of chamber music duo. This year’s competition is not open to vocalists, piano duos, or piano duets.
All duos that are applying must submit the completed application form, all supporting materials, and US$240 application fee online by July 15, 2018.
