The 5th Zodiac International Music Competition aims to discover exceptional musical talent, both in performance and composition, from across the globe, and bring it to the stage of the Zodiac Music Academy & Festival in the South of France.
The competition invites artists all ages from all parts of the world to participate via recorded video submission (or score submission for composers).
Winning soloists will receive cash prizes and be invited to perform at the Zodiac Music Festival in the South of France – a chamber music festival (www.zodiacfestival.com)
The winning composer will receive a cash prize and a commission for a work which will be performed professionally recorded and performed in France and in the US (NY).
Instrumentalists born after March 1, 2005 can choose to compete in the Junior category (not available for composition).
The competition is open to the following instruments: Orchestral Strings, Classical Guitar, Winds (incl. Sax), French Horn, Piano & Ha
