Paul Tseng has toured as a soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician throughout the United States, Canada, Egypt, Jordan, Israel and South Africa. He has
appeared as concerto soloist in the Cairo Royal Opera House in Egypt, The
Royal Cultural Center in Amman, Jordan (a concert sponsored by the Queen of
Jordan and nationally televised,) Stellenbosch University and in the city of
Durban, South Africa.
A graduate of Juilliard and Peabody Conservatory, Paul taught as a faculty assistant at Juilliard and Manhattan School of Music. He also served on the faculties of Shepherd College, Western Maryland College, Brooklyn College and Columbia Union College.
As an orchestral musician, Paul was principal cellist of the Gettysburg Symphony and Millbrook Orchestra. He also played as assistant principal cellist of the Maryland Symphony Orchestra. As a student he performed under the baton of Sixten Erhling, Leonard Slatkin and Barry Tuckwell.
