The Associazione Culturale “Annarosa Taddei” is organizing its ninth “International Competition for Young Musicians” dedicated to artists of any nationality being between the ages of 18 and 30 (i.e. born between 1991 and 2003).
The participation in 2021 Edition is reserved to the following duo ensembles:
– PIANO AND VIOLIN DUO;
– PIANO AND CELLO DUO;
– PIANO AND VOICE DUO (Chamber Repertoire).
The Associazione will award three Prizes to the finalists.
There are 3 stages to the 2021 Competition:
1) Preliminary Selection Round: all applying duos will be required to submit a video performance of 20 minutes no later than September 15th, 2021;
2) First Round: 15 selected duos will perform a 40 minutes program as outlined in detail in the Rules;
3) Final Round: 6 finalist duos will perform a 50 minutes program as outlined in the Rules, to compete for the Prizes.
We will be accepting registrations from June 2nd, 2021 until September 15th, 2021.
