Hourly rate of pay : £40.50 per hour (MU rates)
We are on the lookout for professional musicians from any genre or style of music who would like to become a supporting musician, working with young people within the borough of Brent on our performance pathway. This role will involve working alongside professional musicians including a workshop leader and will require supporting young musicians during performance workshops as well as taking sectional rehearsals. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people in mixed ensemble settings and with various musical styles. In addition, there is opportunity for some of the supporting musicians to take on a mentoring role which will include some pastoral duties. As the sessions take place on Saturday mornings, availability on Saturdays is essential.
