Announces the following vacancy:
SECTION CELLO – 2 positions
All candidates have the choice of playing a live preliminary audition in New York or sending a recording of your preliminary audition. The repertoire is the same for both options. You will be asked to indicate your preference between a live or recorded preliminary audition when submitting your application.
Due to the limited availability of David Geffen Hall, some applicants who wish to play a live preliminary audition may be asked to submit a recorded audition. If we cannot accommodate a live audition, we will notify you by Friday, September 16.
All candidates participating in live auditions must provide proof of vaccination status including one booster shot.
Application Deadline: Friday, September 2, 2022
Deadline to Submit Recorded Preliminary Audition: Friday, October 7, 2022
Live Preliminary Auditions: Friday, October 14 & Saturday, October 15, 2022
Semi-Final Auditions: Friday, October 21, 2022
Final Auditions: Saturday, October 22, 2022
