Carolyn Hagler is a lifelong professional cellist and music educator. She is the creator and director of CelloDiscovery.com, a comprehensive online cello course for adults who are learning (or re-learning) how to play the cello. Before the advent of online teaching, Carolyn worked with hundreds of in-person students, starting them off on the right trajectory with her laser-focused understanding of cello pedagogy. Carolyn holds a Masters degree in music performance and is a tenured cellist with the Austin Symphony Orchestra. She has performed on many recordings and movie soundtracks and was one of the earliest members of the New World Symphony in Miami FL.

Laurence Vittes was born and grew up in Los Angeles; his father was a writer and his mother a teacher. He trained as a cellist, a librarian and a critic. His company was a major supplier to the music and recordings collections of the Library of Congress, Bibliothèque Nationale, British Library, Stanford, Harvard and Yale. He introduced French Harmonia Mundi, Hyperion, Chandos and Naxos to the North American market. Laurence believes that writing about music unleashes the potential of the classical music industry. He writes for the Huffington Post, Gramophone, Bachtrack, Strings, Audiophile Audition, and the Southern California Early Music Society.

Dr. Jeremy Dittus, Diplôme Supérieur Jaques-Dalcroze enjoys a career as a pianist, theorist, and Dalcroze Education specialist. An avid recitalist, he has performed solo and chamber programs and presented Dalcroze masterclasses throughout the United States, Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia. He currently directs the Dalcroze School of the Rockies Dalcroze Academy teacher-training center and chairs the Dalcroze Musicianship Program at the Suzuki Music Institute of Dallas in Texas. He also serves on the faculty of Hope College in Holland, Michigan where he teaches Dalcroze Eurhythmics for undergraduate music majors.

A versatile artist, cellist Carol Ou is known for her “fiery, marvelous” and “meltingly melodic outpourings” (Boston Globe) and her “wonderfully pure cello tone and incisive technique.” (The Strad) A founding member of the L'Eveque Trio, Carol was a member of the Carpe Diem String Quartet and a longtime duo partner of legendary violinist James Buswell. Her solo and chamber music concerts have taken her to prestigious concert venues across the globe. Other collaborations have been with renowned artists Hillary Hahn, Timothy Eddy, Pascal Rogé, András Schiff, Raul Juarena, and Jayme Stone at the Marlboro Music Festival, Summerfest La Jolla, Australian Festival of Chamber Music, Nevada Chamber Music Festival, Cremona International Music Festival and Academy, and other noted music festivals.
