The Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki (Uniarts Helsinki) is now recruiting a Lecturer in Cello Music to commence 1 August 2021. The position is full-time and permanent. The applicant may express a wish for the share percentage of the employment (60-100%) in connection with the application process.

The applicant’s competence and suitability will be assessed both on the basis of the available documentation and in a separate demonstration of proficiency, which will be held on 24 May 2021.The applicants invited to the demonstration of proficiency will be informed about their content (includes at least artistic and teaching demonstration and interview). Because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we may need to postpone the demonstration of proficiency.
