The Auckland Philharmonia Orchestral Fellowship Programme is designed to bridge the gap between tertiary training and the professional orchestral environment, providing participants the opportunity to perform with a professional orchestra and get paid for their work. This programme is yearlong and is open to New Zealand and Australian string players aged 30 and under. Participants receive 12 lessons from string section principals, 100 paid calls and a stipend.
